How long is the rental period?

The standard rental period is 4 days, starting on the day you receive the dress. We recommend receiving it 1–2 days before your event so you have enough time to try it on.

How do I return the dress?

Place the dress in the garment bag we provide and send it back free of charge with the same courier. We supply the return label.

What if the dress does not fit?

Accepted Answer

You can try the dress on once it arrives. If the size is wrong, you can exchange it free of charge within 24 hours. Alternative dresses are offered subject to availability.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and bank transfer. Payment in instalments is also possible. All payments are SSL-encrypted.

Do you charge a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is charged depending on the value of the dress. It is refunded within 3–5 working days of the dress being returned. A deduction may be made if there is damage.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Germany is free, and returns are free as well. Express delivery is available for an additional charge.
