How do you take my measurements if I'm in the US?

You don't need to visit a store. After your order is confirmed we contact you and walk you through taking your measurements step by step over a video call, and we also send you a written measuring guide so you can prepare in advance. Tailoring begins once we have confirmed your measurements with you.

How long does it take to make my dress?

Tailoring takes 3–4 weeks in our atelier from the date your measurements are confirmed, then 3–5 business days to ship. Please order well ahead of your event — the timeline depends on the atelier's queue.

Can I change the design or colour after ordering?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Before the atelier begins cutting you can change the design or colour, or cancel at no charge. Once tailoring has started changes may no longer be possible, because the fabric is cut to your measurements.

Is the dress ready-made or made for me?

Accepted Answer

Every dress is cut and sewn specifically to your measurements in our atelier — it is not an off-the-rack piece. That is why we don't ask you to pick a standard size at checkout; we take your measurements after your order is confirmed.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free anywhere in the United States. No shipping charge is added to the price of the dress.

When does the dress arrive once it's finished?

It arrives within 3–5 business days of tailoring being completed. We send you tracking information when it ships.

Will I pay import duty or sales tax?

Your dress ships from our atelier in Türkiye. Any import duty or tax assessed on delivery is set by US customs authorities, is not included in the price, and may be payable on receipt.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards through a secure payment provider with 3D Secure. Payment is taken in full when you order.

What currency am I charged in?

US dollars. The price you see is the price charged — there is no conversion.

Do you store my card details?

No. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and are never stored on our systems.

Can I return the dress?

Accepted Answer

Because the dress is cut to your measurements alone and cannot be resold, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once tailoring has begun. Before tailoring starts you can cancel at no charge. And if the fit isn't right when it arrives, we alter it free of charge.

What if the fit isn't right?

We know measurements taken remotely sometimes need adjusting, which is why we carry out the necessary alterations free of charge until the dress fits properly. Get in touch and we'll arrange it with you.

Question 14

What if the dress arrives faulty?

If the dress arrives with a fault in the tailoring, or in a size that does not match the measurements you confirmed, we correct or remake it at no cost to you and we cover the shipping. Tell us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the problem.

Do you have a store in the US I can visit?

Not at the moment — we take US orders remotely and guide you through measurements over a video call. Our ateliers and showrooms are in Istanbul and Düsseldorf.
