Cancellation & Return Policy

## Before tailoring begins You may **change or cancel your order free of charge** at any time before the atelier starts cutting. Tailoring begins once your measurements are confirmed. ## After tailoring begins The dress is cut **to your measurements alone** and cannot be resold to anyone else. For that reason **we cannot accept returns or exchanges** once tailoring has begun. ## Alterations are free We know measurements taken remotely sometimes need adjusting, so we carry out **the necessary alterations free of charge** until the dress fits properly. Contact us and we will arrange it with you. ## If something is wrong If the dress arrives with a fault in the tailoring, or in a size that does not match the measurements you confirmed, we **correct or remake it at no cost** and **we cover the shipping**. Tell us within **7 days** of delivery and include photographs of the problem. ## Duty and taxes Import duty and any tax assessed on delivery are set by US customs authorities, are not part of the price of the dress, and are not refunded by us. ## Contact info@myrentaldress.com
